Howard joined Diligenta in July 2026​ after a substantial period out of work. One of the primary perks is that the work is weekdays only and based literally 5 minutes round the corner from home.

Howard is enjoying learning new information about working in the insurance industry and also putting lifeskills to use to help others with their insurance needs. The focus of the work is supporting life insurance customers - so thankfully no selling involved and quite a lot of pastoral support including for colleagues.
