Howard joined the College in November 2023 following the appointment of a new College principal - Revd Dr Peter Morden.

As Operations Manager Howard had oversight of all aspects of the running of the College, including managing the admin team and the librarian, maintenance and development of the College building, relationships with suppliers and partners, catering, finance, parking and much more.

Successes included;

​

      - hosting the annual valedictory service recognising those student graduating and moving onto new callings

      - moving the College database system to a cloud based service increasing security and increasing data protection and back up.

      - reducing expenditure on catering costs without sacrificing quality and delivering quality catering for student breakfasts, packed meals and special events.

      - moving the annual gala dinner to a new venue with improved facilities, onsite parking, better quality food/drink, and making substantial saving on the costs. 

      - redeveloping bursary application processes to encourage more applications while creating a transparent, fair system for all.

      - representing the College at Spring Harvest, Minehead 2024.

      - hosted the British Baptist College Principals' Conference 2024, including arranging accommodation and catering requirements.
